We will have experts from both sides; those who use proptech effectively in their businesses and those who can see the bigger picture of where new technology is taking our industry. Your takeaways will be how proptech is shaping our industry and how you can benefit from the right proptech in your own business.
This will also be supported by the Proptech Sessions – a series of short TED-style presentations of innovatory products which can bring savings and smooth-running to your business, freeing you up to concentrate on what is important.
CHALLENGES: How regulation and legislation is affecting our industry
The Tenant Fees Bill, anti-money laundering, estate agent and letting agent regulation. These measures, supported across all political colours, are bringing changes which directly affect your revenues, the way your conduct business and effectively the shape of your business and your industry. The registration desk and The Negotiator Expo opens at 8.30am.
The first speaker sessions is at 9.25am.
Last session is 4.30pm.
Event closes at 5.00pm.
From 8.30am to 9.25am, during the registration period, coffee, tea and delicious breakfast snacks will be served in The Great Room – the Expo area – so arrive early!
Morning Coffee break – 10:30am to 11:10am
Lunch – served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Afternoon Tea break – 3:00pm to 3:35pm
During lunch, a gourmet buffet will be laid out for you to serve yourself in the Expo area throughout this period. Soft drinks and wine will be available on the catering tables, along with delicious desserts and coffee/tea.
