Menus and catering for the conference

The Negotiator Conference and Expo 2018 Serving Food imageThe Grosvenor presents a delicious menu of snacks and lunch dishes, from arrival for bacon brioche or muesli bars to get you going over coffee, through the morning coffee break and on to lunch.

All catering breaks will take place in the Great Room, where the Expo is sited.

Lunch is both ‘serve yourself’ and also waiter service, where you’ll be brought delicious bowl food to wherever you are in the Expo. We don’t think lunch should get in the way of networking and business!

Afternoon tea will give you energy for the exciting finale panel session.

08.30 to 09.30 – BREAKFAST

10:30-11:10 – MID-MORNING COFFEE BREAK

Carrot and courgette muffin

12:30-14:00 – LUNCH

Selection of healthy salads
Chickpea and toasted Naan salad, cumin, parsley and lemon
Avocado, quinoa and broad bean salad, radish and purple basil cress
Pea shoots and leaves, light mustard dressing

Breads
Rosemary focaccia, Carta da Musica and grissini

Hot staub dishes
Tiger prawns marinated with chilli and ginger, stir fried vegetables
Slow-cooked shin of beef, smoked paprika, cannellini beans and chorizo
Mixed vegetable paella, saffron and crispy-fried shallots
Creamy mash

Desserts
Lemon meringue shortbread
Chocolate fudge cake
Warm bread and butter pudding
Strawberries, mango and kiwi fruit
