We provide specific on-boarding via off site training days, in branch follow ups and online training via the IAM Academy. This in-depth training process enables our partners to gain a strong understanding of the product and develop confidence in spotting opportunities where auction could be a viable solution for their client.
Once our client has spotted an opportunity there in depth training enables them to confidently discuss the benefits of auction so they are empowered to win the business and offer another solution to gain an instruction.
We provide a wide range of support including; a free marketing and design service, a free auction website, staff incentives, dedicated auction specialists and a Business Development Manager.
Now the largest independent residential auctioneer in the UK based on lots sold, (source EIG 2017) we provide auctions solutions to over 2,200 estate agency branches nationwide. We operate the most extensive range of auctions in the marketplace, including Public & Online Events, utilising both Traditional and Modern Method terms and conditions.
Our network of property professionals across the UK has enabled us to create a well recognised brand for auction across the UK. We paid over £10,000,000 in sales fees to our partners in 2017, totalling over £30,000,000 to date.
We saw a record breaking first quarter of 2018 with 854 lots sold, and £96m total capital raised. This compares with 632 lots and £69.8m capital value for the same period in 2017. We have truly enhanced our core business and expanded our offering to include conveyancing and compliance services, bringing together all of our businesses, including IAM Sold, under the Intelligent Services Group brand.
